Our Magic factory was established in Thailand in 1998 and is located 30 kilometers south of Thailand's main seaport Laem Chabang and in-between two of the major industrial estates of Chonburi and Rayong.
The facility is equipped with state of the art machinery that we are constantly updating and improving upon. All of the magic products that we develop and produce are managed in-house from design concept through to the finished product. This enables us to control -from start to finish- the whole production process and guarantee: first class quality, on-time delivery and of equal importance total flexibility.
With total in-house control a real benefit is that if a customer requires a special product we can produce a high quality complete sales sample with a retail carton in less than five days!
Our European and Thai management team take care that the highest standards of health, safety and ethical management practices are ensured at all times. We are proud to be a Sedex member and commit ourselves to meticulous self inspection as well as using independent auditing bodies to ensure that we maintain our high standards. As a result of our ongoing diligence we have won numerous awards for the quality of our factory, products and workforce.
Corporate Social Responsibility is a must for us. We support local schools and children with our social reliability program. We place a special emphasis on waste management and energy conservation. We have been awarded by the Thai Energy Department as an outstanding SME for our successes in creating and maintaining a friendly environment and electricity savings.
Quality Assurance is essential; we provide products that are ultimately going to be used by children and we are aware of that. Our QA department endlessly makes sure that our products comply with the latest standards and requirements. Our production processes follow international standards like ISO9001:2015, but keep flexibility in mind.
Our employees are happy to work with us. We are continuously investing in training them, not only on quality awareness, chemical handling, first aid, fire fighting, safety and environmental issues, but also in things that improve their daily life over more, like: 5S Process (Sort, Set in place, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) and Domestic Economy. In fact we consider our entire workforce not so much as employees but as members of the Hanky Panky family and treat them with the consideration and respect that is reserved for ones loved ones. We provide a private medical plan, hold an annual sports day as well as have an annual celebration to thank everyone for their input and hard work.
All of our suppliers are carefully vetted and inspected and we regularly carry out independent testing of all supplied raw materials and components to make sure that they meet our high quality standards.
